Efficiency Apartments include kitchenette, Living Area combination with bay window, private bedroom and bathroom with shower. These rooms are furnished by the resident.

Services and Amenities Included In Monthly Fee

• 24 hour Aide care and assistance with showers and dressing. Emergency call buzzers the in bedroom and bathroom monitored 24 hours a day.
  
  
• Supervision of Daily Medications.
  
  
• Breakfast, served between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM in our dining room.
  
  
• Full dinner, dessert and beverage served in our dining room at 12:30 PM,
  
  
• Supper (lighter meal) served in our dining room at 5:30 PM,
  
  
• Snacks and beverages are always available in the kitchen.
  
  
• Weekly Housekeeping Services:
  -Dusting
  -Vacuuming
  -Trash Removal
  -Washing the floors
  -Changing bed linens
  -Washing of bathroom fixtures
  
  
• Weekly Laundry Services;
  -Washed
  -Dried
  -Folded and put away
  -Ironing done on a limited basis
  -Mending done on a limited basis
  
  
• Activity Coordinator on staff; Calendar of monthly events.
  
  
• Transportation to all planned activities (Transportation to doctor's appointments etc. will be the responsibility of the family)

• Use of all common areas:
  -Living room with television and VCR/DVD
  -Library with a selection of large-print books, as well as books supplied by the Sandown Library.

OPTIONAL SERVICES AND AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED IN MONTHLY CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Hair Salon on Premises--Hairdresser comes in weekly-charges for her services are paid directly to her.

Cable Television--Service is purchased privately through the Cable Company.

Private Telephone--Service is purchased privately through Granite State Telephone Company.

Lunch Trips--We enjoy going to area restaurants. Residents are required to pay for their own meal.
